1. How much is the price in euros, etc.?

We can easily change the color or design for you since we custom-manufacture all invitations.

5. Can you ship to the country of __________?

If DHL, FedEx, or U.P.S. delivers to your country, then we can ship to you. Many of our customers live outside the Philippines. We have shipped to North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa.

6. How much will shipping cost?

For shipments outside the Philippines, we recommend Philpost IEMS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS. (If your country charges any customs, duties, or fees, buyer is responsible.) For shipments in the Philippines, DHL or LBC deliver next day, door-to-door.

We ship most of our orders in one box. (Invitations and favors are lightweight.) After we manufacture your invitations, then we can calculate the exact shipping fee depending on the size, weight, and country. (We do not add any profit to the shipping fee.)

Most handmade invitations in the U.S. cost ~2-3 times as much as ours, despite less elegant designs. Even after adding the shipping fee, you should still save ~50%. That's because we are the manufacturer, not a dealer. And, we sell direct without any middleman markup.

7. When will I receive my order?

Plan to receive your order in ~2-3 weeks. Once we receive your 50% down payment, we make one printed sample of your design. Then 1-2 days after the down payment, we email you a photo of the sample. Once you approve the sample, you should receive your invitations within 2 weeks in the Philippines or 3 weeks outside the Philippines. (For rush orders, please add 10%.)

8. Can we pick-up our invitations?

Sure, we would love to meet you! If you or your relatives live in the Philippines, you may pick up your invitations here in San Fernando City, La Union.
