1. Can the colors be changed?
Yes, we can change the color(s) of your chosen design to match your color motif.
2. What's the minimum I can order?
Fifty pieces (50pcs) per design code, or combination of two (2) design codes. Example: 25pcs wedding invitations and 25pcs wedding favors.
3. Can I buy samples?
NO, we don't sell samples. We provide FREE customized samples only to confirmed orders (with 50% down payment). We only proceed making the entire order after the customized sample had been approved.
4. When will I receive my order?
Plan to receive your order in ~2-5 weeks, depending on the size of your order and our work load.
After we receive your 50% down payment, we proceed making your customized sample. Samples are finished within 2-5 days depending on our work load. Photos of the samples are emailed for your approval, or actual samples can also be shipped. Samples are FREE but all shipping costs will be charged to the buyer. Once you approve the sample, it takes 1-4 weeks to manufacture depending on the size of your order. Shipping time within Philippines is next day, door-to-door delivery. International shipping time is 5-7 working days.
5. Do you accept RUSH orders?
Yes, we accept rush orders, on a case-to-case basis, depending on our work load. For rush orders, please add 10% from the website price. Rush orders can be finished in one week after the customized sample had been approved.
6. How do the invitation cards fit into the covers?

7. How do we send the payments?
You can send your payments to us via PayPal, Xoom, Western Union or Bank transfer to our account in Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). Buyer pays all money transfer fees.

8. How do I place an order?

To confirm an order, and for us to start with the customized sample, we require 50% down payment. Balance will be paid only after the entire order is finished with completion photo proof emailed.
9. Can you ship to the country of __________?
If UPS, IEMS, FedEx, DHL delivers to your country, then we can ship to you. Many of our customers live outside the Philippines.

We have shipped to Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Great Britain (UK), India, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.
10. Who pays the shipping cost?
All shipping fees will be paid by the Buyer.
We can only calculate the shipping cost after the entire order is finished, packed and weighed.
We highly recommend International Express Mail Service (IEMS) for international shipping because it is the cheapest compared to UPS /FedEx / DHL. For shipments within Philippines, the cheapest is LBC.
International Express Mail Service (IEMS) is always cheaper than UPS / FedEx /DHL
because shipping cost is based on the actual weight (regardless of the size of shipping box). And most of our invitations and wedding favors are light in weight, yet sometimes bulky.
But UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping cost is based on either actual weight or volume weight (i.e., box size), adopting whichever is higher.
12. Can we pick-up our invitations?Sure, we would love to meet you! If you or your relatives live in the Philippines, you may pick up your invitations here in San Fernando City, La Union.

Walk-ins are NOT accepted. NO exceptions. All of our designs are in our website. Please do not come without an appointment. We only welcome customers who had finalized their orders with us via email.
